Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients, arrange meetings, and assess customer requirements.
- Deliver timely, precise, and courteous customer assistance. This includes addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the agency team to achieve and exceed productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing)
- Proven history of achieving sales objectives
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proactive approach to problem resolution
- Commitment to outstanding customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Capability to present information to prospective clients
- Property & Casualty license (OTL license preferred/must be able to obtain)
This position is with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Sue Atkinson Insurance Agency Ltd. network. The employees of this agent are not employees of Sue Atkinson Insurance Agency Ltd. Independent contractor agents are responsible for all employment decisions regarding their staff.
