Position Overview

Join our team at Ruby Siam Thai Kitchen as a dedicated Food and Beverage Server. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our valued customers in a vibrant dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and make informed recommendations on food and drink selections.
  • Order Management: Take customer orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and handle payments through various methods including cash and credit cards.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Training: Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Work Environment

This position is set in a fast-paced restaurant environment where the ability to work under pressure is essential. The work setting may be hot and noisy, requiring stamina and a positive attitude.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree required.
  • Experience: Previous experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
