Position Overview: As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming environment that enhances the experiences of our team members and the community. If you are passionate about fitness, committed to delivering outstanding customer service, and driven by a shared mission, we would love to have you on our team.

Part-Time Shifts Available:


- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: 2pm-10pm


- Additional shifts may be requested.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate new business through member referrals, corporate outreach, and follow-up on inquiries.
  • Surpass personal sales targets using effective sales strategies.
  • Uphold integrity and adhere to company values in all interactions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing member accounts and scheduling introductory sessions.
  • Create a friendly atmosphere for colleagues, members, and guests at all times.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, and friendliness in all communications.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, making outbound calls for promotional offers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, promptly addressing member requests.
  • Greet all members and guests warmly, ensuring consistent engagement.
  • Communicate special events, services, and schedules effectively to members and guests.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on all aspects of club facilities and services.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service-focused with a dedication to exceeding expectations.
  • CPR/AED certification is required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Prolonged standing and walking are necessary for daily responsibilities.
Compensation: $16.55/hour + Commission
