As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming and supportive environment that enhances the experiences of our team members and the community. Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively generate new business through member referrals, corporate outreach, territory engagement, and telephone inquiries, ensuring diligent follow-up on sales leads.
  • Surpass personal sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Exhibit unwavering integrity and uphold company core values in all interactions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing member accounts and scheduling introductory sessions.
  • Cultivate a friendly atmosphere for colleagues, members, and guests at all times.
  • Show enthusiasm, passion, friendliness, and ambition in every interaction.
  • Handle phone communications with professionalism, making outbound calls for trial memberships and other leads.
  • Maintain a tidy facility and promptly address member requests and concerns.
  • Greet all members and guests warmly, ensuring consistent engagement.
  • Effectively communicate special events, club services, programs, and schedules to members and guests.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on all aspects of club facilities, services, and operational hours.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Prolonged standing and walking required for daily responsibilities.
