Position Overview: As a Member Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role in cultivating a friendly and welcoming environment that enhances the experiences of our members and community. If you are passionate about fitness and committed to delivering outstanding customer service, we invite you to consider this opportunity.

Part-Time Shifts Available:

- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: 2pm-10pm


- Additional shifts may be requested.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate new business through member referrals, corporate outreach, and follow-up on inquiries.
  • Achieve personal sales targets by employing effective sales techniques.
  • Uphold integrity and adhere to company values in all interactions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing member accounts and scheduling initial consultations.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for colleagues, members, and guests.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm, friendliness, and ambition in all engagements.
  • Handle phone communications with professionalism, including outreach for trial memberships.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, addressing member requests promptly.
  • Greet all members and guests warmly, ensuring consistent engagement.
  • Communicate special events, services, and schedules effectively to members and guests.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on club facilities, services, and operational hours.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • CPR/AED certification is required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Prolonged standing and walking are necessary for daily tasks.
Compensation: $16.55/hour + Commission
