The Role:

In the position of Client Relationship Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our London office. This position entails working closely with our HUB advisors to enhance client growth and retention. You will interact with clients via phone and email, assess their insurance and investment portfolios, and prepare critical information for meetings. Furthermore, you will facilitate seamless transactions and address service inquiries, ensuring a smooth and supportive client experience.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads and opportunities generated from client communications
  • Analyze clients' insurance and investment portfolios to uncover growth potential
  • Compile policy and account details for client meetings
  • Summarize and act on notes and activities from client meetings
  • Facilitate transactions and trades efficiently
  • Address client service inquiries promptly
  • Process life insurance modifications and documentation accurately
  • Manage insurance and investment applications with precision and compliance
  • Initiate proactive outreach to existing clients to maintain strong relationships and meet their financial objectives
  • Develop new client relationships by showcasing the value of our services
  • Identify potential areas for portfolio enhancement and suggest appropriate strategies to clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends, financial products, and regulatory updates

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of conveying concepts clearly and succinctly
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Positive demeanor, approachable, and engaging personality
  • Willingness to learn and advance within HUB
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and network within the insurance/investment sector
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and planning software(s)
  • Familiarity with Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds, and Life Insurance products is advantageous
  • LLQP & Mutual Fund License are considered beneficial
