As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients in reaching their business objectives by actively promoting product utilization, strategic planning, and establishing best practices. This will involve collaborating and nurturing robust partnerships with our stakeholders while ensuring client satisfaction by being the voice of our customers and the primary liaison for our product services.

This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence approximately 3-4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all our products and services.
- Oversee the complete onboarding process and subsequent sales interactions, including post-sales, cross-sales, and upselling.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Client Success, Strategic Account Management, or a related field within the technology sector.
- Previous experience in the Rail or locomotive industry is advantageous.
- A Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- A strong affinity for customer engagement and relationship building.
