Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2539766 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, organized, reliable, and ability to multitask.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees by facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
  • Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.

Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.

Language: English.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
