Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during peak hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide on-the-job training tailored to youth.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and ability to work in a diverse environment.
