**Job Summary**
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director to lead our demand generation and ABM efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact campaigns across key verticals and partners. Your strategic approach will align demand generation and ABM efforts, ensuring maximum ROI from our marketing investments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic GTM plans that align demand generation and ABM efforts
- Leverage data insights to optimize channel and ABM program strategies
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Content teams to drive new opportunities and campaign workflows
- Design a comprehensive demand generation strategy, including plans for vertical industry, market segments, and partner alliances
- Grow an incredible team by developing existing talent and recruiting top talent in the industry
- Drive marketing automation through best practices in system usage, integration, and reporting
- Contribute to the overall success and leadership of marketing at Assent Compliance
**Requirements**
- 15+ years of marketing leadership experience, including 5-7 years in senior roles
- Proven track record in scaling companies from $100-250M annual recurring revenue
- Expertise in Marketing Automation, Web Analytics, Salesforce, and Account-Based Marketing
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to analyze and derive meaning from data
- History of strong decision-making and communication skills
- Fluency in demand generation metrics and approaches to test and optimize them
