Position Overview

As Tree Trust embarks on its journey to expand its influence and reach, we are seeking a data-oriented professional to lead our Product and Lifecycle Marketing team as the Director of Global Demand Generation. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of demand generation experts across various regions. Your leadership will be crucial in driving our demand generation initiatives, focusing on enhancing brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and accelerating revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in demand generation within a product-led growth environment and demonstrate exceptional leadership and strategic capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and nurture a high-performing team dedicated to generating new business opportunities and expanding our pipeline for global enterprise initiatives.
  • Develop and execute the activation strategy and timeline for comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign execution through various channels, including email, webinars, events, content marketing, partnerships, and third-party collaborations, with a focus on scalable digital experiences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to monitor and forecast pipeline performance, identify challenges, and implement innovative strategies to address gaps.
  • Collaborate with sales and development teams to enhance conversion rates throughout the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Implement strategies to improve lead qualification processes and optimize pipeline progression efficiency.
  • Analyze integrated campaign performance in collaboration with Marketing Analytics to identify optimization opportunities across channels, tactics, personas, and regions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous testing and optimization within the demand generation team to enhance ROI and drive operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS environments, with a focus on demand generation for product-led growth models.
  • 5+ years of experience in people management, demonstrating a successful track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns targeting diverse regions, consistently meeting pipeline objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to optimize metrics from opportunity through to closure.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using Salesforce and Tableau for reporting, and a solid understanding of multi-touch attribution methods.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and gain support for initiatives.
