Position Overview

As Tree Trust embarks on an ambitious growth trajectory, we are seeking a data-oriented professional to take on the role of Director of Global Demand Generation. This position will oversee a talented team of demand generation professionals across various regions. You will spearhead our demand generation initiatives, focusing on strategic efforts to boost brand visibility, cultivate qualified leads, and drive revenue enhancement. The ideal candidate will possess a robust history of success in demand generation within a product-led growth framework, along with exceptional leadership and strategic capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and nurture a high-achieving team responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute an activation strategy for comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage campaign activation through various channels including email, webinars, events, and partnerships, prioritizing scalable digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to monitor and forecast pipeline performance, diagnose challenges, and implement innovative strategies to address gaps.
  • Work closely with sales and development teams to enhance conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
  • Implement strategies to refine lead qualification processes and improve pipeline efficiency.
  • Analyze integrated campaign performance in collaboration with Marketing Analytics to optimize efforts by channel, tactic, and audience.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous testing and optimization within the demand generation team to enhance ROI and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS environments, with a focus on demand generation in a product-led growth model.
  • At least 5 years of experience in people management, demonstrating a history of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns targeting diverse regions, consistently meeting pipeline objectives.
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales teams to optimize metrics from opportunity to closure.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, with experience in reporting tools such as Salesforce and Tableau, and a solid grasp of multi-touch attribution.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and gain support for initiatives.
