The North Healthcare Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, agendas, and action items.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Research: Conduct research and provide information to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
