About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Abler HD Canada INC. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, managing databases, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure that administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Administrative Activities: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures.

  • Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with 80 hours bi-weekly.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
