About The Position

Our Customer Experience Associates are focused on people and engage with customers in a relatable manner. As a key member of the Canadian Banking Branch Network, your mission is to deliver outstanding service throughout the customer’s journey by:

  1. Proactively identifying customer needs and listening attentively to their inquiries.
  2. Handling daily transactions efficiently.
  3. Fostering meaningful, long-term relationships.
  4. Contributing to the branch's objectives by recognizing and addressing straightforward sales opportunities.
  5. Acting as a technology advocate, introducing clients to our mobile banking tools and assisting them in managing their banking requirements effectively.
