Role Overview

The Senior Customer Experience Associate serves as the vital link between our clients and the bank, embodying our commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a lobby leader, ensuring clients receive appropriate assistance and guidance.
  • Contribute to branch performance by identifying and addressing straightforward sales opportunities, such as account openings and processing GICs.
  • Serve as a technology ambassador, educating clients on our mobile banking solutions and helping them navigate their banking needs effectively.
