The RBC Dominion Securities branch in Sudbury is in search of an Associate to deliver administrative assistance to a thriving Advisory Team. This role is essential in providing exceptional client service and enhancing relationships with existing clients through consistent and efficient support to both clients and advisory teams.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare meeting agendas; compile documents, key notes, and discussion points for the advisory team; execute follow-up tasks post-meeting.
- Deliver proactive client service focusing on problem resolution and meticulous attention to detail, while assisting with client onboarding.
- Address general client inquiries (account transactions, requests for tax receipts, account reporting, etc.) and ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulations (account opening, KYC updates, re-organizations, FATCA, W8-BEN, etc.).
- Assist the advisory team and clients throughout the wealth management process by gathering relevant information, documents, and questionnaires.
- Oversee all tax communications and collaborate with clients and accountants.
- Support the advisory team with marketing materials and updates on social media.
- Coordinate activities with wealth management and insurance specialists and in-branch consultants: schedule, track progress, and follow up.
Essential Requirements
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH), and 30-day training (i.e., holds Investment Representative license with IIROC) or willingness to obtain within 12 months of employment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and WebEx.
- Bilingual in French and English.

- 2 to 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in wealth management, banking, or insurance.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $36,000 - $38,000, depending on your experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs.
