Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Personal Insurance Broker to join our team in the Central ON region on a Permanent (Full-Time) basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by selling policies to both existing and new clients while retaining your current book of business
- Conduct outbound calls and send introductory letters to quote new business, as well as assist walk-in clients
- Engage with Underwriters and Adjusters to clarify guidelines and policies
- Prepare documentation for insurers, complete client applications, issue insurance certificates, process changes, and review renewals
- Stay updated on underwriting regulations and workflow processes
- Actively participate in training programs
- Engage in community marketing initiatives
- Handle Account Receivable tasks
- Provide support and guidance as needed
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education is required
- Relevant experience in sales and customer service
- Ability and motivation to generate your own sales leads
- Strong customer-centric approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- RIBO license is an asset
