Position Overview:

As a Sales Engineering Consultant, your primary role will involve assisting clients with their product and service needs, evaluating customer requirements, and providing tailored solutions. This position demands excellent communication abilities, a strong enthusiasm for sales, and the capacity to establish meaningful connections with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to present products and services.
  • Initiate outbound communications for customer retention and sales enhancement.
  • Advocate and suggest products that meet client needs.
  • Ensure first-call resolution and fulfill customer expectations.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and propose customized solutions.
  • Inform clients about product offerings and services.
  • Achieve performance metrics and conduct follow-ups with clients.
  • Address customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Accurately document client interactions.
  • Communicate account details and pricing with clarity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and up-to-date product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Customer Support or Sales is advantageous.
  • Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in navigating various computer systems.
  • Aptitude for working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Secure handling of company information is essential.
  • Access to high-speed internet and a suitable workspace.
  • Possession of an Apple or Android device is a plus.
