Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Perfect Meat Bowl Ottawa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Cost Control: Analyze and control costs associated with food, labor, and other expenses to maintain profitability.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth.
- Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding with handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Hours of Work: 30 hours per week.
- Language of Work: English.
- Duration of Employment: Permanent.
