Our Opportunity: Hiring in Quebec
Restaurant Brands International is in search of a Franchise Performance Manager to support our operations in the Montreal and surrounding regions. Reporting directly to the Area Franchise Lead, the Franchise Performance Manager (FPM) serves as a vital partner and advisor to our Restaurants. The FPM evaluates and interprets Restaurant operational, financial, and business data, collaborating closely with Owners and Managers to elevate overall performance while ensuring adherence to business and operational standards. The FPM acts as the primary communication conduit between TDL and the Restaurant Owners and Managers within the designated district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as a business advisor and mentor to Owners and Managers on all facets of their restaurants, including business and financial outcomes, operational efficiency, Team Member engagement, and Guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyzes all Restaurant Operating reports and audits, interpreting the data to identify suitable solutions in partnership with Owners and Managers.
- Assesses Restaurants' financial, business, and operational performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement and collaborating with Owners and Managers to devise strategies for improvement.
- Conducts regular financial reviews (P&L, Balance Sheet) with Owners and Managers.
- Ensures effective implementation of new initiatives (product launches, technology upgrades, process enhancements, marketing campaigns, and renovations) to foster sales growth.
- Acts as a Brand/Business Ambassador for Tim Hortons at all times.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of operational experience with P&L accountability, ideally in a multi-unit capacity within a national, franchise, high-growth consumer or retail environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Strong financial acumen and business development skills.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with others (Owners, Colleagues) to set and achieve objectives.
- Competence in analyzing and interpreting data, identifying issues and their root causes, and exercising sound judgment in decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively across various formats and audiences.
- Willingness to travel within the region and flexibility in scheduling to meet operational demands, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that complies with provincial regulations.
