We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and leasing pre-owned vehicles to our customers, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Qualify leads and negotiate sales and lease agreements.
  • Work closely with the Pre-Owned Sales Manager to ensure accurate appraisals and pricing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales and lease targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Valid OMVIC registration.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
