Job Title: Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential customers for new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Valid OMVIC registration.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
