About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Coordinator to join our team at Orthotic Energy Corp. As an Order Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing and delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Coordinate the receipt, processing, and shipping of orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, including tracking and inventory management.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the order processing cycle.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in database software, internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Office setting.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional standing and walking.
  • Work Schedule: 16-32 hours per week.
