Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at EA INDUSTRIES LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of our organization, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and organize orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing.
  • Task Coordination: Plan and coordinate tasks to accomplish work, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely completion.
  • Logistics Planning: Organize operational logistics, including tracking and completing work orders, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records and logs, and ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets and payroll summaries.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
