Order Management Coordinator

Position Overview

The individual in this position will concentrate on the efficient handling of orders, ensuring precise and prompt fulfillment for all client requests. Collaboration with our sales department and external vendors will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue documentation, including customer invoices and purchase orders
  • Communicate with the sales team to guarantee timely and accurate order processing
  • Support team members in the order processing workflow
  • Address inquiries from staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Assist in coordinating and managing daily billing tasks
  • Confirm receipt acknowledgments of purchase orders and follow up with suppliers regarding estimated delivery times
  • Manage requests for order modifications
  • Execute general office duties such as filing, maintaining systems, faxing, and copying

  • Level of customer satisfaction

Desired Qualifications

  • Capability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years or 3-4 quarters of experience as a co-op student

Educational Background

  • OSSD high school diploma is mandatory

AND

A certificate from a vocational institution or a community college diploma in administration, accounting, or computer operations is required
