Order Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Coordinator to join our team at Orthotic Energy Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging billing for services, issuing receipts and other forms, and maintaining records and statistics.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client feedback, enquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Management: Coordinate and process orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of order fulfillment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and statistics, including customer information and order details.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
