Job Summary

The Order Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently processing orders and ensuring timely and accurate execution of all client orders. This individual will work closely with our sales team, as well as external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine, prepare, and issue documents, including client invoices and purchase orders
  • Communicate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing
  • Assist team members in processing orders
  • Respond to inquiries from staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Assist in coordinating and processing daily billing
  • Confirm receipt of purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for ETA
  • Process order modifications
  • Perform general office tasks, including filing and system maintenance, photocopying, and faxing

Experience

Education

  • OSSD diploma required
  • Certificate from a vocational school or post-secondary education in administration, accounting, or computer science required
