Job Summary

This position is responsible for various administrative, accounting, payroll, inventory, and general duties within the facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily milk balancing, tracking production metrics, and submitting payroll information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and other team members as needed.
  • Accounting and Payroll
    • Submit payroll information for the entire facility.
    • Manage accounts payable, including coding and tracking.
  • Inventory Management
    • Track and manage inventory levels, including ingredients and supplies.
  • Facilities Management
    • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
    • Track and manage incoming ingredients for traceability.
  • Communication
    • Post corporate and departmental communication bulletins.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with SAP an asset.
