Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Typing and proofreading various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Managing telephone and electronic inquiries efficiently.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail through manual and electronic means.
  • Sending and receiving messages promptly.
  • Preparing and formatting presentations and documents.
  • Providing general information to clients and the public.
  • Photocopying and organizing documents for distribution and filing.
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.
  • Organizing and filing materials in the storage area.
  • Labeling files according to established schedules.
  • Retrieving and managing documents as needed.
