Office Administration Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Clerk to join our esteemed law firm, Dale M. Ammeter Law Corporation. This position offers a permanent role in a dynamic office environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
This role is situated in an office setting within an urban area, specifically within a law firm.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Typing and proofreading various documents, including correspondence and forms.
- Managing telephone and electronic inquiries efficiently.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail through manual and electronic means.
- Sending and receiving messages promptly.
- Preparing and formatting presentations and documents.
- Providing general information to clients and the public.
- Photocopying and organizing documents for distribution and filing.
- Performing data entry tasks accurately.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Organizing and filing materials in the storage area.
- Labeling files according to established schedules.
- Retrieving and managing documents as needed.
Proficiency in the following technologies is required:
- Electronic scheduling tools
- Information technology systems
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Accounting and database software
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Electronic mail systems
Experience with office equipment, including:
- Scanners
