Position Overview
We are in search of an Office Administration Specialist II to enhance our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily administrative functions including document handling, data management, and correspondence oversight.
- Establish and maintain files, utilizing the ICN tool for efficient organization.
- Transfer data from various documents or databases following established protocols.
- Address diverse inquiries and provide support for projects or initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an Administrative Technician program or equivalent educational background and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an office setting.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven capacity to manage workflow efficiently.
- A collaborative team player with a constructive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
