We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Saint-Hyacinthe, Canada. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars, ensuring smooth coordination and minimal disruptions.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
