About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sereggela Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and presentation standards.
    • Portion and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and served in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive and store food and supply deliveries.
    • Count and record inventory levels to ensure accurate ordering and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they are meeting performance standards.
    • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Facility Maintenance
    • Ensure that the food service facilities are clean and well-maintained.
    • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities manager.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
Working Conditions

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and bend, stoop, and reach.
