About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Fired Up Grill. As a Food Service Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen and dining areas.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and other team members to ensure that all needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
