Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sereggela Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Operations: Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, serve customers at counters or buffet tables, and portion and wrap foods.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and package take-out food.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees, offer on-the-job training to youth, and develop relationships with indigenous communities and organizations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Team player, reliability, and ability to multitask.
Work Environment

Our food service facilities operate in a fast-paced environment with a permanent schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
