We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our Food Service team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training them in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
