Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
This is a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is also required.
