About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jino Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation

Oversee the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to our food preparation staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality control, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative Tasks

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Schedule

30 to 40 hours per week
