About the Role

The Private Client Solutions (PCS) Account Manager is a key position within Lloyd Sadd, responsible for driving new business production and delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Deliver best-in-class services to clients, including additional services that go beyond standard transactional services.
  • Growth Initiatives: Participate in growth initiatives to expand the PCS book of business, focusing on retention of both personal and commercial accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term customer relationships by providing value-added services and maintaining a current knowledge base of insurance products and services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with commercial producers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Account Management: Manage account documentation, review client coverage and exposures, and analyze risk to determine product/service requirements.
  • EPIC Workflows: Ensure accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts, maintaining and updating custom forms as needed.
  • Professional Development: Participate in training and professional development courses to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of personal lines insurance experience and EPIC brokerage software proficiency.
  • Experience in the High-Net-Worth space is considered an asset.
  • Level 2 General Insurance license is strongly preferred.
  • Completed or working towards C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designation.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to be a self-starter.
  • Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
