Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate insurance products and services.

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

  • Collaborate with the Agent

Work with the Agent to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring a seamless and effective sales process.

Requirements
  • Sales and Customer Service Experience
