Role Overview:
As a Certified Respiratory Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality respiratory care to our patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Your expertise will be essential in managing and supporting the respiratory needs of our most vulnerable patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' respiratory status.
2. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
3. Administer respiratory therapies and treatments as prescribed.
4. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
5. Educate families and caregivers on respiratory care techniques and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Experience in a neonatal or pediatric setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
