Job Title: Associate Director, E-Commerce

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our E-Commerce strategy and growth acceleration efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for steering our client's retail media Paid Search/Sponsored Product Listings and off-site display advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive E-Commerce strategies to drive growth and acceleration for our clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including media, creative, and analytics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in E-Commerce and retail media
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure successful campaign execution
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce and retail media, with a focus on Paid Search and Sponsored Product Listings
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing E-Commerce strategies that drive growth and acceleration
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
