Job Description

**Job Title:** Supervisor, E-commerce Operations

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Supervisor, E-commerce Operations to join our team at PHD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing e-commerce operations for one of our leading CPG clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Associate Director, E-commerce to develop campaign strategies and set ROI goals.
  • Proactively find, share, and use insights to improve plans and ensure that all best practices are followed to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Track implemented programs and run post-campaign analyses to advise future strategies.
  • Continuously ideate around strategies/tactics and formulate campaign optimization plans to improve performance.
  • Presents e-commerce strategy & budget recommendations during tactical presentations.
  • Provides direct oversight, management, leadership, and guidance to coordinator and/or strategist, helping them with work prioritization and organization.
  • Helps set up tests frameworks and shares results with internal teams.
  • Ensures billing is completed on time and accurately.
  • Responsible for drafting billing on a monthly basis.
  • Supports and leverages PHD's Commerce suite of tools built within OMNI, OMG's people-based marketing platform, from commerce planning through to activation.

Requirements:

  • Experience collaborating closely with other agency partners such as creative, influencer, and shopper agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree (can be substituted with relevant professional experience).
  • Experience with other e-commerce, shopper, and/or eRetail platforms a plus.
  • Understanding of Amazon digital shelf and best practices (preferred).
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Fluent in Microsoft office tools including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
