Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our E-commerce and Sales Strategy efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Canadian Grocery and E-commerce business, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive E-commerce sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to build and maintain strong relationships with Canadian Grocery and E-commerce partners.
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and ensure a strong ROI.
- Manage pricing and chain plan requirements, as well as budget controls and travel expenses.
- Direct all operations of E-commerce accounts through the Vendor Central Portal to monitor and analyze ASIN/SKU performance.
- Maintain and monitor E-commerce account health to achieve high seller rankings and drive sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Sales and business development, with expertise in analytical models and trends.
- Strong communicative skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience interpreting data and drawing conclusions.
- Proven knowledge of DSD distributor and retail customer networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $118,400 CAD - $139,300 CAD, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
