- Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize existing resources and the current tech stack for data analysis to drive key decisions and explore additional analytic tools as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams, to gather insights, prioritize needs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, innovation, marketing, and other departments to ensure successful product development, promotions, and go-to-market execution.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in senior leadership or managing e-commerce P&L, with a proven track record of leading a successful e-commerce team.
- Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer psychology and how to leverage it to drive conversions while providing exceptional service to customers.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic e-commerce plans and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and product improvements.
