PHD is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor, E-commerce Operations to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director, E-commerce to develop and implement campaign strategies and goals.
  • Proactively identify and share insights to improve plans and ensure best practices are followed to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Manage and prioritize workloads, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date on the evolving e-commerce landscape, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong data literacy and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms, CPG, and/or managing a broad portfolio of brands.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
