Position Title: Administrative Coordinator

  • Assist project management teams with administrative functions related to civil engineering initiatives.
  • Support project-related administrative duties such as ensuring contract adherence, initiating site operations, and preparing subcontract agreements.
  • Facilitate estimation processes by preparing necessary documentation for submissions.
  • Maintain organized administrative records, monitor project documentation, and manage expenses.
  • Systematically organize, file, verify reports, and digitize documents.
  • Execute additional administrative responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of DEP or DEC in secretarial studies, accounting, administration, or office management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
  • Fluency in French with strong written communication abilities.
  • English communication skills are considered an advantage.
