Administrative Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and structured Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support in various operational and financial tasks. The successful candidate will be tasked with:
- Overseeing all financial transactions for the organization and associated entities
- Assisting in the preparation for annual financial assessments
- Contributing to budget formulation and financial reporting
- Coordinating corporate activities and meeting arrangements
- Delivering administrative assistance and member services
- Supporting the organization and logistics of events
Qualifications:
- Diploma in administration, secretarial studies, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in a comparable position
- Proficiency in Acomba and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills in French
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Ability to work independently and think creatively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Collaborative team player with excellent customer service skills
