Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and structured Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support in various operational and financial tasks. The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Overseeing all financial transactions for the organization and associated entities
  • Assisting in the preparation for annual financial assessments
  • Contributing to budget formulation and financial reporting
  • Coordinating corporate activities and meeting arrangements
  • Delivering administrative assistance and member services
  • Supporting the organization and logistics of events

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in administration, secretarial studies, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in a comparable position
  • Proficiency in Acomba and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication skills in French
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and think creatively
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with excellent customer service skills
