Position Overview

We are in search of a talented and innovative Visual Communication Specialist with 3-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess a solid portfolio showcasing their ability to produce exceptional design work across multiple platforms and media, consistently surpassing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation and execution of visual content for digital platforms, including websites, marketing initiatives, product packaging, and more, customized to meet client requirements.
  • Engage directly with clients to grasp their objectives, present design ideas, and refine outputs based on their feedback.
  • Conceptualize and implement creative ideas from initial brainstorming to final execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identities.
  • Handle various client projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and adhering to deadlines while maintaining transparent communication with clients throughout.
  • Showcase design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients, making necessary adjustments based on their insights.
  • Remain updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to provide clients with the most innovative design solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, supported by a robust portfolio that highlights a diverse range of design capabilities.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and a foundational understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly in client interactions.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in project management with the capability to juggle multiple client projects concurrently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
  • Experience in brand development and packaging design.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
