Position Overview:
Chetty's Inc. is seeking a talented Visual Communication Designer who possesses a strong affinity for creative expression and meticulous attention to detail. The successful candidate will be tasked with producing visually striking designs that resonate with our brand ethos and effectively convey our messages to our intended audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and produce a diverse array of creative materials, including but not limited to:
    • Promotional materials (brochures, flyers, posters)
    • Digital content (social media visuals, website graphics)
    • Presentation documents
    • Brand identity materials (logos, business cards, letterheads)
  2. Engage with interdisciplinary teams to grasp project needs and deliver designs that fulfill or surpass expectations.
  3. Keep abreast of design trends and industry standards to ensure our visuals remain contemporary, relevant, and innovative.
  4. Oversee multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines while upholding a high standard of quality and consistency.
  5. Offer creative insights and participate in brainstorming sessions to cultivate new ideas and concepts.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
  2. Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer with a robust portfolio highlighting a variety of design projects.
  3. Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  4. Strong communication abilities and a collaborative spirit in a team setting.
  5. Solid understanding of design fundamentals, typography, color theory, and branding.
  6. Detail-oriented with a dedication to producing high-quality work within specified timelines.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  1. Experience in motion graphics or video production is advantageous.
  2. Familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX methodologies.
  3. Awareness of emerging design trends and technologies.
